Finding the MIDDLE GROUND Stepping out of Polarity to become well

Life is full of polarities. We often find ourselves running away from things we have an aversion to or running towards something we desire. It's easy to get caught up in this cycle of extremes, where we're constantly seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. But what if we shifted our perspective and looked for the middle ground?

Is the middle ground a real place or just a hypothetical situation? It may seem elusive, but it's possible to find balance in our lives. We can start by recognizing that life is not happening to us, but through us. When we take ownership of our experiences, we can begin to see the world in a different light.

It's natural to want more of the good things in life and less of the bad. But what if we looked beyond these surface-level desires and focused on the deeper meaning behind our experiences? What if we assumed that each moment was happening for a reason, and that we had a part to play in it?

When we adopt this mindset, we begin to see the world in a new way. We start to see the beauty in even the most challenging situations, and we find meaning in the struggles that we face. We begin to understand that life is not just a series of random events, but a journey that we are all on together.

So the next time you find yourself caught up in the polarities of life, take a step back and look for the middle ground. Ask yourself what lessons you can learn from your experiences, and how you can use them to grow and evolve. Remember, life is not happening to you, but through you. Embrace this truth, and you'll find that the answers you seek are closer than you think.
